A great, clean like-new beach townhouse in a fantastic location… The house is like new, in very clean condition. Everything you need is already in the house. A fun beach with amazing shell finds is just across the street, with beach access just a few houses away. Some good restaurants and local bars with live music are also nearby, within walking distance. Regarding past reviews, it seems that the hard mattress in the main bedroom has been upgraded…we brought a mattress topper but didn’t need it. And yes, the coffee maker was small but functional. The only thing I’d recommend…if you are used to a super dark room for sleeping, here you will find that the sliding glass doors in both bedrooms oddly were the only windows with no window treatments, so you’ll have morning sunlight coming through. Our solution…we grabbed a few of those temporary blackout curtains from Home Depot and slept very well! Communication was excellent with the host! Enjoy your vacation!

Great place to stay!

It was a great location with spectacular views from our balcony’s (we had 3 balconies!). We had access to beautiful private beaches. Walking and biking (bikes were provided by the host) distance to restaurants and water activities like jet skiing and dolphin excursions. Everything about this place met our expectations looked just like the pictures. I would make just a couple recommendations for the host, maybe get a new coffee maker (coffee snobs like me take their coffee seriously) and make sure cleaning crew vacuums the couch cushions bc they had sand on them but these are very minor things, overall we had a wonderful time and praise God for the gift of this vacation!

We enjoyed our stay on Shoreview Dr. The condo was clean, had well equipped kitchen, nice linens and towels. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and large. Laundry room was well equipped. The location was great; one street back from Gulf. There were four bikes to use but they all had at least one flat tire and the air pump left behind was broken. We had hoped to use them. There were 3 nice TV’s but owner had inexpensive TV steaming programming which we considered inadequate. The contactless check in was frustrating; the code was wrong and no instructions on process for unlocking door. It was resolved with two phone calls to property manager and on-site visit. After initiating new code and on site demonstration we had no further problems. There were just two of us for the week, but condo could easily accommodate 5 people using Queen sofa bed!

Very relaxing, gorgeous views in every direction. There is so much to do in this area. We had a blast and would definitely stay again.
