The apartment and the host herself are very good. The only thing that affected the final review is the location. It was our first visit to Hanoi and it became clear there is only one right place to stay there for tourist purposes and it's the old quarter or close to it. However, if you consider long-term or mid-term stay, it might be an option for you as well.

Un logement parfait pour visiter Hanoï sans être en plein centre ville et donc dans l’agitation permanente de cette ville. Toutes les activités restent tout de même à proximité et faciles d’accès grâce aux applications qui permettent de se déplacer sans soucis. Je recommande ce logement pour pouvoir visiter pleinement et se reposer convenablement le soir

I had a great time at Huy's place. Not only was everything exactly as described, she also went above and beyond anything I could have imagined. Let me explain. I lost my wallet in one of the busiest intersections in Hanoi. After thinking it was lost for good (36 hours later) I received a phone call from someone saying they had found my wallet and due to my lack of Vietnamese language skills, Huy negotiated for the complete return of my wallet. I mean, everything was in there. All the money! Please stay at Huy's place. We need to support good human beings like her.
