Chloe and her team has been a wonderful host, always responsive and fulfilled all our requests quickly and professionally. The area of this rental is very walkable with many local restaurants, cafes, and inexpensive spa. We will definitely stay here again in the future

Tôi đã quay lại đây lần thứ 2 và thật tuyệt vời khi thấy sự cải thiện rõ ràng trong căn hộ của Chloe. Căn phòng ấm cúng hơn với những món đồ trang trí xinh đẹp, giường nằm êm là một điểm cộng lớn. Toà nhà luôn là nơi có vị trí rất thuận tiện để đi bất cứ nơi đâu. Tôi đã có một thời gian vui vẻ và riêng tư trong căn hộ như trên hình.

I have stayed here on Christmas day. Decorations made me impressive and it looked like my own home, cozy and bright. This my fourth time of the year came here, I want to come back here in the future. Since the location is convenient, near sightseeing places and everything just nearby. The best of this accommodation is luxury accommodation but it has affordable price. Host’s supportable and friendly too. Thanks for lovely accommodation!!

This was my worst experience staying in an AirBnB in Vietnam. 1) the actual property did not match what we had booked for our 10-day stay on the AirBnB site. This was extremely disappointing and misleading. 2) upon arrival, the apartment was not ready at the scheduled check-in time. Furthermore, we were informed that the original place we had booked was undergoing repair service, so we were given an alternate apartment to stay in. This switch was unexpected and not what we had signed up for. As if these issues weren't enough, we were forced to move to an old and worn-out apartment on the fourth day of our stay, despite specifically stating that we did not want to move. The reason given was an alleged urgent repair for water leakage into the apartment below. However, when we went back to check the previous apartment, there was no evidence of any water leakage or repair work carried out. Worst of all, I lost my necklace pendant when we moved to that old apartment and never found it.

I came in a rainy day, but the place felt like a warm breeze of sun light shining bright in my heart. Chloe made me feel like we are just high-school friends that finally reunited after all those years. The place was lovely, fulfilling, and comfortable. I might left Vietnam for a couple of years or more, but I will definitely consider Chloe’s home as my first options for my return.
