Great house, very clean, and very nice and safe neighborhood. We stayed here for 2 weeks and it was great. Great host and very friendly. Thank you and I will be staying here again soon.

Ricardo's home is easy to get to, in a great location, in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, it's a spacious home with a large kitchen and dining area and large living room area. It was nice to have 2.5 bathrooms and 4 great bedrooms and a washer and dryer. When we arrived we discovered that the porch area had not been cleaned as there were left over food crumbs and it leaked when it rained. They would like you to not wear shoes in their home but there was only one small mat when we arrived in the middle of rain, we found some additional rugs to place down so we didn't get the floors wet. The home was not as clean as I would expect from a super host, also there were a number of lamps that had burned out lightbulbs and the dishwasher never worked the entire time we were there. Ricardo and Meg were slow to respond and finally sent a repair person the 2nd to last day of our stay. Also, we had to buy additional toilet paper and buy our own Kleenex and laundry detergent.
