Mattew has a great place, a very new building and apartment. 2 subway stations within 12-minute walk. Good restaurant area in 15-min walk. The place was clean and spacious. Quiet at night, which was very important for us. Matthew was very responsive and despite logistical challenges to get us the keys, he managed this well

We are a family of five who have stayed in Matthew's apartment over Easter. The apartment, which is quite new, is well located in Schoreditch in quiet surroundings. Easy to get around London, but also very nice to experience the local area. Very nice information and communication with the host. Nicely equipped apartment also for longer stays. We were lucky with that holiday..

Everything was just as described. Very nice flat. The owner proactively gave us a ton of information about the flat and the area. Informative how-to videos were provided. Highly recommend.

Really great apartment in a nice neighbourhood. Matthew was very helpful and provided helpful videos on how to manage things around the apartment. He was always available to answer questions. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellente situation pour cet appartement très agréable à vivre. Très calme. La promenade le long du canal pour rejoindre la station de Métro Angel est idyllique. Communication excellente avec Matthew et Cynthia qui sont très prévenants aussi bien avant que pendant le séjour.
