Alta’s place is a perfect peaceful getaway. Exactly what was needed. The creek, the pond and the hotub made for a relaxing weekend. Close to hiking and Fallingwater. Alta was very responsive and the house was cozy and clean. Relaxing in front of a fireplace made for a great birthday weekend. Thank you.

A beautiful retreat for resting and unplugging, with above-and-beyond hospitality. From the basket of snacks waiting for me when I arrived, to an unprompted offer of late checkout, I found every moment in this wonderful home to be a delight. Sitting on the porch of the Creek House listening to the water go by and watching the clouds was incredibly restful. There were clear instructions for using all the amenities, from the hot tub to the firepit, and I felt very comfortable contacting Alta for anything I needed. Highly recommended for solo travel, couples or small groups.

I’ll keep this review short, but I think this says it all, cousin Deborah, as well as myself plan to return. And I would like to add that Alta has a fine attention to detail; cousin Deborah says it’s a wonderful attention to detail.
