I stayed here for a wedding in the area and it was exactly what I was looking for. Very clean, had all the necessities and amenities. Beautiful back yard with a bubbling stream that sounds heavenly. The only slight downside was the fact that all the bedrooms are upstairs and the only bathroom is downstairs. So if you need it during the night, it’s kind of a trek. Overall the place was great, enjoyed the house and would stay here again.

Stayed at David's Place in August. The location in proximity to major attractions was excellent, although I wish it had been a little more private/foresty. We stayed with 2 adult couples and 2 kids. The space was plenty big enough for us to spread out. Big Kitchen with separate dining room made family meal time easy. Kitchen was well stocked. Although we were not there to watch TV, it made it pleasurable to have multiple TV's so the kids could watch separately. The wifi and streaming services were great! We had no problems with any device while using house wifi. The stream was nice and the deck sits right over it. Great coffee/cocktail hour location. It is however difficult to access to play or wade like the kids were hoping. The highlight of this trip was our visitors. We had a Doe and her offspring, one being a fawn. They were beautiful and seemed to love the location and the stream. Overall we thought the house was a good value for the area.

This place was wonderful the creek is a very good bonus with this stay. I will be renting from david again .

David was a good host! The house was close proximity to the things we wanted to do and very easy to find. The house was clean and matched the pictures. He recommended local restaurants to try. Only down side was there only being on bathroom :(
