Convenient location, with easy access to MRT Guting station and various bus routes. It's also a 7-8min walk to Shida night market, so there are many great food options until late at night. The living room was a bit smaller than I had imagined from the pictures - it's a small room with a TV and sofa, a nice desk suitable for working, and a kitchen area. The bedroom is upstairs, and it's relatively spacious. As others have mentioned, there are a few spots that may be inconvenient if you're tall - for me washing dishes was a bit uncomfortable due to the low shelf above the sink. The bathroom is the wet bathroom type - the room itself is the shower area, so the entire room gets wet after a shower, toilet and all. There's also not a lot of space to stand while showering. The ventilation is very good though, so the room dries off quickly. David was very responsive and took care of any problems I had during my stay very quickly.

easy communication, clean, super convenient to the MRT with plenty of restaurants around. secure and safe building. apartment was enough space for a couple easily. security guards were also very friendly albeit probably require some knowledge of mandarin to interact with.

I had a great stay at David's place. He was very communicative and helpful throughout my stay. The location is ideal and located near gongguan and guting MRT stops.

照片看起來比實際情況來得更好，但房源整齊清潔，附近交通便利，距離南門市場與中正紀念堂很近，有捷運非常方便。
