Staying at this house felt like you were staying in a beautiful 5-star hotel except it was just for your group. We loved everything about this property especially the daily housekeeping and house assistant, Lemu. The house is a pictured but better. The kids loved the pool and the sea just a few steps away. They helped us book a private chef, David, that made us an excellent dinner. I would highly suggest booking this house if your travels take you to Sardinia.

Beautiful, modern, and spacious with amazing in home support provided by Lemu and nice beach amenities. Very quaint town close by and nice restaurants. We had a group of 14. We made most of the house and it was a very enjoyable experience. Many thanks to Lemu for his support throughout our visit and to Sebastiano for his help with booking some of our activities in advance of our trip.

This villa is fantastic! very modern, clean- has everything you need for a perfect holiday! Loved that is was beachfront plus had a lovely pool. There were also kayaks and paddle boatds to use. The grounds were lovely, too. Lemu, the house staff, was so kind and helpful but never intrusive. We also had Chef Davide prepare a couple of dinners for us, which were great! The darling town of Pula is close by with several restaurants to choose from if you'd want to do that. Sebastiano was a wonderful host. My group decided that we will be going back!

Wir waren jetzt schon zum 2. mal dort. Einfach traumhaft. Es wird täglich alles sehr liebevoll gesäubert. Ein Haus zum wohlfühlen und entspannen mit Pool , tollem Ausblick . Das Meeresrauschen der Sonnenaufgang. Der Mondaufgang über dem Meer. Super tolle Gastgeber ♥️♥️. Wer gerne. kocht , eine perfekt ausgestattete Küche mit Meeresblick. Einfach traumhaft.

This house could not have been better for Christmas week with extended family of nine including 3 young children. The house and property were exactly as portrayed, tastefully decorated, well equipped, nicely landscaped with a beautiful yard and large pool. The location on a quiet beach with crystal clear water was visually beautiful and fun for walking or playing in the sand. The nearby village of Pula is charming. And the service was outstanding, with daily housekeeping by a live-in housekeeper who was welcoming and very helpful. The owner provided a beautifully decorated Christmas tree for the kids. When one member of our party got sick on New Years Day, the staff found a pharmacy and grocery store that were open on the holiday and purchased the supplies we needed. The house is large and arranged to provide both good privacy for sleeping and wonderful common areas for family members to gather. Highly recommended. Pricey, but worth every penny, especially for a large group.
