Pictures on the internet do not do this property justice wow factor. Location was accessible and peaceful. Very comfortable would definitely recommend. Great value for money.

The house is nice, spacious and clean. Perfect size for our needs. The location of the house is very accessible and the area is peaceful. By far, It is the best place I've stayed in Butuan. We had a pleasant experience staying in Yvonne's place, definitely would visit again.
