Relax at our Old Florida beach cottage. Wake up with views of palm trees, while sipping on coffee outside looking at Indian river. You might just catch a view of dolphins, ospreys or Sandhill cranes flying by. Our centrally located bungalow is a gorgeous 10 minute drive from downtown Jensen Beach and to the stunning beaches on Hutchinson Island. When you return from the beach shower in our magical outdoor shower or indoor shower with two shower heads. Guests will have access to the entire house. The space has been recently remodeled with all new windows, fans, bathroom, and decor. A new dream cloud king mattress with bamboo sheets and eucalyptus comforter in the master bedroom. This room has a vibrant fun wallpaper by Kitty McCall and new rattan headboard. There is a vintage cradle in this room that is not for use other than decorative at this time. The second guest room has a comfortable queen mattress. There is a smart tv in the room with a love seat for others to watch tv as well. In this room you’ll find an armoire and dresser. Wake up in here with views surrounded by palms. The front living room is built as a Florida room with windows all around. We hope you enjoy our gallery wall and Miami vibes wallpaper. Lounge on the couch with A/C to watch the river, or open the sliding glass door to access the outside sitting area. We also have a few yoga mats and weights available for those called to practice in the sunlight of the Florida room. The bungalow is Old Florida, so there are some quirky details. As such if you are looking for sleek, modern comforts this might not be the place for you. You may find geckos have entered the space or lizards running along the garage. The new light rail train cuts 2 acres behind our house. As such you will hear the train during the day and at night. We’ve provided ear plugs to help with the noise. Although, all new windows help reduce the noise. However, if you’re a light sleeper you might not tolerate the train at night. The kitchen is also half way through a remodel. It is fully stocked and ready for lots of cooking. After a trip to the beach, enjoy a refreshing outdoor shower surrounded by palms.
