Phil and Ann-Marie are friendly and welcoming and seem to have thought of everything needed to make your stay pleasant. We have stayed there twice now and would definitely recommend it to others.

What a find. Such welcoming hosts and the accommodation was fabulous with everything you could need to feel at home. Cream tea on arrival which was a lovely touch. We stayed a couple of nights to explore Sidmouth before collecting my father-in-law to take back to Sussex for Christmas. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

It was a little tricky to find in the dark and rain, we had to phone Anne-Marie because we didn’t realise that Arcot Park has a turn off which we had to take to find their gravel drive, as opposed to the tarmac drive in front of the garage. Once in, it was just what we needed, well located, comfortable, quiet, very clean and every little extra catered for. I am gluten intolerant and Anne-Marie kindly provided GF bread and corn flakes for breakfast. We arrived to a lovely surprise of GF buns and rocky road too! I’d definitely recommend this for a stay in Sidmouth and we may well stay there again ourselves next time we visit my father-in-law.
