Ken is patient, responsive and provides absolutely detailed instructions! As for the apartment, beach, restaurants, convenience stores… Anything you need are there only takes minutes to get there by walking. The sea-view of the apartment is so beautiful especially at sunset! 5/5!

Spacious with a top class fit out, including high quality appliances and furniture. Excellent attention to detail in terms of items in the appartment. It has everything you could think of, and even some items you forgot you needed. I felt just like I was in my own home. Great central location, with a fantastic view. Ken was proactive, and an excellent communicator. Overall, the stay greatly exceeded my expectations, and is one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in 😀

The place was great. Good size, nice place, the wifi worked well, the kitchen had everything that I needed. This place was well worth the price just for the balcony alone! I went during rainy season but I still caught several amazing sunsets. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town. My only complaint would be the shower water not staying hot for long enough, but as someone who loves hot showers it was actually not unbearable when the water got cold. Ken said he’d try to fix it soon so it might not be an issue for long. Management was probably the best I’ve encountered. Thorough and friendly. A few recommendations in case you need them: Maximum Fitness is a great gym at a reasonable price. There’s another gym closer to this unit but it’s overpriced and didn’t suit me as well. A lot of nearby restaurants tone down the spice and flavor but Baan Larb had the best authentic Thai food I tried in Patong. Coffee Club also had a great Thai breakfast.
