Cheryl’s house is in a fun walkable funky neighborhood. We enjoyed being able to walk to breakfast and poke in a few shops.

Great location in Spokane with easy availability to the Garland district. Close to Division and downtown. House is clean and well kept. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect for what we needed. A nice clean place to relax. Walking distance from a few hole in the wall small businesses like a cafe and a couple record shops. Super convenient to get downtown, where we were watching the NCAA tournament by the River area. Thanks for hosting us!

4.5 out of 5 stars!!!! OUCH!!!!! The shower head is painful, like pins hitting skin, when those needles hit your "tender bits" OUCH!!!. Please change the shower head on this unit!!! The washer is noisy, noisy, still works though. Loved the neighborhood. The home is comfortable, nice beds and seating. retro decorations and Decore fit the theme of the home well. The yard was nicely landscaped. However, the landscaping, the reworking of all outside surfaces happened during our stay and was very noisy! This information would have been nice to know before we rented the unit. Even with those 3 issues I would rate the unit 4.5 of 5. Great price, well equipped lovely neighborhood, great parking and clean clean home. without the issue 5 of 5. The Garland District is chalk full of culture, lovely hood. I would stay here again.
