this was a perfect set up for our quick stay in Spokane for a concert. it was close to the venue, Trader Joe's for groceries, and had a great yard for our dog. The house is charming and clean. the kitchen was well equipped with everything you'd need. The upstairs bathroom is a tub only which wasn't ideal since we had friends staying with us and only 1 shower for 4 people, but we made it work. It is on the corner, so the traffic can be noisy during the day but did simmer down later at night. The rental price was a great deal so getting over the noise was pretty easy. We liked that it has a detached garage to secure our vehicles at night. Matthew was a very responsive host and checkout was a breeze. We would stay again.

We loved our stay at Matthew’s. The house is beautiful and well equipped. We really enjoyed having a fenced yard for our dog and being able to park in the garage. Matthew was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend his place!

Spacious, convenient and affordable. The pictures did the place no justice. Fully equipped with all the essentials and the backyard was big enough for two of our dogs. It is caddy-cornered on a busy enough street but for the most part it was quiet. BBQ grill was accessible which was a plus for the long days worth of volleyball tournaments. Beautiful upstairs bathroom and private rooms away from the down stairs chaos.
