Located on Garland, you are within walking distance of restaurants and nightlife spots-18 min from Spokane International Airport and 10 min from downtown.This house is set up as a duplex (top & bottom) Each have their own separate entrance, fenced yard, and have secured doors that can be opened to use as a whole house. (We have a separate listing) Pets are welcome and we have free parking and laundry on site. The Sparrow Sanctuary is a approximately 550 square foot 2bd-1ba unit on the bottom floor of a two level home. Although the home is over 60 years old, we've added our little touches and done some renovations to make it comfortable for guests. Our modern industrial themed house feels modern, but comfortable. In this unit you will find 2 cozy bedrooms, a massage chair, a large main bath, a small dining room/kitchenette. Plenty of light will greet you in the morning so be sure to enjoy a cup of coffee on the patio. For the early risers and explorers, take a 7 minute walk to Rocket Bakery and Coffee house, a couple blocks from the house. Each bedroom includes a queen sized memory foam mattress bed and luxury bedding along with a tv. The large bathroom includes a walk-in shower with a 12 sprayer shower. In the kitchen you'll find black appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator, and a two spot electric induction cooktop. Laundry access is in the basement behind a secured door and can be shared with the other unit. We are proud to offer 5G internet and free streaming services on the TV's. The front patio has a small yard on the side of it that is fenced and perfect place for pets to utilize. From the patio you can sip your coffee and enjoy the light breeze. The Garland District is right out your front door and is an area of restaurants, antique stores, the theatre, and breweries. If you are bringing a pet, please include that with the guests that are coming so the pet fee can automatically be added and we can make sure the pet bed/toys/bowls are out for their stately arrival. Spokane has so much to offer. Families can enjoy dozens of amazing parks and 17 splash pads in the city. You are only a 10 minute drive to the convention center and you will find downtown and the Garland District to be very walkable. We love the history of the unique homes and buildings, Manito Park featuring Gaiser Conservatory and Duncan Gardens, Bowl & Pitcher (12 minute drive), and Centennial Trail (100 mile bike trail that crosses into Idaho). Although Spokane does have quite the music lineup, you will also find that the local music artists are fun too. We can't wait for you to fall in love with the Perch House and Spokane the way we have.
