small but clean. bed was firm and comfy for me. hot tub was very nice. not a bunch of chemicals but the broken button for the bubbles on the reclining seat was sad. the deep seat made up for it somewhat. overall fine. neighborhood at night seems sketchy but during the day it's just a regular neighborhood. didn't use the TV or Internet or coffee so no opinion on any of that. broken back curtain was concerning and had to work around it so could go outside but small issue easily sidestepped.

Cute cottage, love the hottub! The host was responsive and friendly, and all items were clean. Highly recommend!
