We had a fantastic stay at The Waterfront, Pendine Sands. Matt is a very responsive host and answered questions promptly prior to and during our booking. The apartment is superbly located and as described with a very scenic view from the balcony of the beach, and when the tide goes out wow it is stunning there are no other words. Even though we went in April we had a few days where the weather held and had some amazing walks on the sands with the children and our dog. There are local shops and if you need a bigger supermarket there is one not far away in Tenby. The overall stay was superb, we tried the local restaurant The Springwell Inn, amazing food and can highly recommend. Wales is a stunning place and Pendine Sands is exceptional. Would highly recommend Matt's place for a great getaway.

We had such a nice stay here. Couldn’t be closer to the beautiful beach and the residents were really friendly. Great Chinese on n y eve. Thank you!

This flat was perfect for me. I stayed the full month of December whilst working in Carmarthen. The beach directly across the road is absolutely incredible and was perfect for watching the morning sunrise. A very special place.

We had a fantastic stay at Matt’s place the weather wasn’t kind but being able to wake up to the view of the sea is fantastic. If you just want to relax this is perfect, pub across the road along with local shops next door the dog loved the beach would def come back

Beach side bolt hole. Great sea views. Well appointed and comfortable Apartment. On site parking very helpful. Matt was a friendly and responsive host.
