Lovely caravan, basic and clutter-free at a quiet edge of the park with the option of joining in park activities at extra cost. Maggie was flexible with timings, helpful and friendly in communications. A lovely base to explore SW Wales.

Unfortunately our stay was tarnished by the state we found the place in when we arrived. There were dead flies on the carpet & large flies all over the French doors underneath the nets. This resulted in me spending a LOT of time trying to get them all out. The microwave had curry stains all in it, the chairs were covered in food & what looked like mould, the general cleanliness was poor & I needed to clean all of this before even unpacking. I did message Maggie straight away to let her know & sent photos to show what we had arrived to. She didn’t respond until late that night & just said she couldn’t believe the cleaners had left it like that. We never really settled there, we constantly had flies appearing in there & ended up leaving on the Sunday.
