Beautiful location close to Bijagua and Tenorio. The outside porch was great, and there is a small pool and a few trails through the woods and by the river with birds and animals. Everything was comfortable and clean and on site folks were friendly and helpful. The cooking facilities are limited but the delicious complete breakfast delivered to your door daily made up for that! You do need a car to go anywhere.

This place is a gem. The premises are beautiful, the greenery is very soothing, calming and we saw beautiful birds. It's a small slice of heaven. The house was clean, comfortable and Meli is a gracious hostess. The place is easy to find, we didn;t struggle at all like we did to find some other homes. We spent a peaceful, relaxing new year's eve here and it was wonderful to wake up in this beautiful paradise on New year's day. Meli provided us a lovely vegetarian breakfast as we requested. It's a pity we couldn;t spend more time here. We have only sweet memories and good things to say about this place. I'd definitely love to come and stay here again when I visit Costa Rica next.

Charmant petit appartement dans une villa de 3 appartements, en plus de la maison des proprios. Moyennement intime, mais les déjeuners sont délicieux et leur famille est sympathique. La région était très venteuse et la météo très changeante, dans cette région. Raison pour laquelle nous n’avons pas utilisé la piscine (trop froide) et qu’on n’a pas fait beaucoup d’activités dans la région. Les paysages sont tout de même extrêmement beaux et c’est très paisible. Le restaurant à proximité, La Casona, était vraiment très bon.

We only had one day in Rio Celeste and Meli’s place was perfect. Comfortable, quiet, easy to find and only 20 minutes from the Park and waterfall trail. Also very close to some great restaurants and the town. We also greatly appreciated the willingness to serve breakfast extra early so we could be the Park for opening at 8 am. Highly recommend!

Meli's place was beautiful. The place was so peaceful with hammocks and lovely views of trees. The area around the place was so beautiful and we really enjoyed exploring. Meli was incredibly friendly and responsive. Her family and the other staff were so kind and even took us to a nearby waterfall which was stunning. We hope to be back soon!
