Great host. Very friendly and responsive and arranged airport pickup for me at 2am. The room is clean but the corridor at the building entrance was not. You'll have to go up 3 levels of stairs but the owner helped me with the bags. All in all, I think it's a great value for the money.

Enjoyed our stay, however the entrance to the property is not ideal. Hanh is so so kind and helpful, and she was able to arrange our washing and a taxi to the airport.

Great location. Was a bit hard to find but the host is great and communicates well. She helped me check in and even helped me book my transportation to Halong Bay and back. The room is tiny but clean with a comfortable bed and you have the area to yourself, including the bathroom and washing machine just outside the room. Perfect for a night or two if you’re traveling through Hanoi and need a place to rest. Would recommend :)
