Seems to be on a residential street but it was a quiet location and we felt safe. Very close to downtown. Not really walkable to downtown but they do have 2 bikes available if that’s your thing. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. As stated by other reviewers, water pressure is not great but didn’t bother us for a short weekend. Would definitely recommend!

Adorable and cozy house! We felt right at home. Herban Market Cafe is a peaceful .5 mile walk away, and another .5 mile beautiful walk is downtown. We had a last minute booking request and they were super accommodating. Check-out was also a breeze.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was comfortable, clean, and within walking distance to the waterfront park. We had a great weekend. The only complaint we had was with the water pressure. There is barely enough pressure to take a shower, and you can forget about doing laundry while taking a shower. It was alarming when I tried to start the shower the first time. I thought there was something wrong with the faucet. If you wanted to take a bath, it would take all evening to fill the tub. Nevertheless, I would definitely stay here again. The little house is nicely decorated and very welcoming. There is a nice back porch off of one of the bedrooms. It is a great place for coffee in the morning. This is such a a good location. Close to everything. If you stay here, drive a few miles down the road to Lady's Island Dockside restaurant.
