L'appartement correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes ! Nous étions 3 filles et le quartier ne nous a pas semblé dangereux du tout, l'hôte était très réactive et nous a aidé tout au long du séjour (rapide dans ses réponses!) L'appartement est à proximité de la gare (15min à pied) et de tous les petits commerces du centre historique. Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cet appartement :)

Bed was dirty when we arrived. This was promptly dealt with. We observed that the check in is extensive once the reservation is accepted and there is an excess of €300 to pay if rubbish isn’t dealt with appropriately which we thought was excessive and intimidating. We also noted that we had to be “silent” in the apartment at certain hours yet there was building work happening very early in the morning which was very intrusive and a neighbour has a Beverly loud and happy dog. We decided to leave a night early because of this.

WiFi was NOT working and something that should have been checked/fixed before check in. despite Manuela making a fair effort, it never got fixed during the period of our stay. The lift was outdated, so could be a challenge in case of heavy bags. The neighborhood seemed unsafe especially after sunset, with few shady characters in the vicinity, and something to be mindful for families with kids. On the positive side, the rooms were well maintained, spacious and neat. the bed linen & towels provided were excellent. well lit room and cosy. the kitchen ware were also of good quality. Manuela was very courteous and responsive which is sincerely appreciated. Overall we had a good 2 night stay.

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen: Restaurants, das Aquarium und sowieso die Altstadt sind gleich ums Eck. Vom Bahnhof ist der Fussweg zur Wohnung ca. 20min. Manuela ware immer für Fragen verfügbar und haben inner Minuten in Englisch geantwortet. Super Service und richtig tolle, grosszügige Wohnung. Besonders für Paare mit Kinder ist die Wohnung super ausgestattet (Kinderstuhl, Babybett).

The apartment is beautiful, and the old town neighbourhood is lovely! Communication with Manuela was easy and overall we were happy with our stay.
