This is our second trip to Phillips casita and we were not disappointed. The casita is beautiful, clean and well-appointed. Our favorite spot is the private patio and gardens which are lovely with the birds and flowers. All the equipment is state-of-the-art and works well. His hospitality is wonderful, making us feel welcomed and at home. At the same time, he gave us complete privacy. We definitely feel Phillips casita would be a plus for anyone looking for an airB&B in this area. We have been so happy with our stays, we hope to revisit next year Phil and Carolyn

If this is a space that will work for you (1 bedroom) you won't find a cleaner, better appointed place. I say this as a vacation home owner who's wife puts a lot of thought into guest comfort at our place (towel racks, night lights, trash can availability, tissues, towels, soaps, shampoo, kitchen stuff, coffee pot, filters, the list goes on) but Phil and Philiea hit it out of the park in this regard, down to a really nice electric blower placed on the back patio to blow off the frequently falling spring stuff. Again, my cleanaholic wife said she had never seen a rental place so clean and now I have to go down to my lake house to scrub out the refrigerator so it looks more like theirs!

This place is as described, clean, well-maintained, quiet, peaceful & private. Both Phil & Philea were excellent hosts. All your needs are pretty much covered as well. This includes appliances, utensils, toiletries & linen. I Highly recommend this place and will definitely seek to return whenever I’m in the area.

Phillip and Philea's place was perfect for our stay in Fountain Hills. They provided everything we needed and more. The bed is super comfortable, linens are top notch, kitchen is well appointed and they have created a very comfortable space. The place is quite private and an easy walk to the lake and restaurants of Fountain Hills. Communication was immediate and everything was as advertised in the unit. The outdoor space is beautiful and quiet and the indoor space is well laid out and stocked with creature comforts. Great place!
