This was a very nice rental. It was clean, nice location. Had large sofa for all to watch tv comfortably. Grandchildren loved the pool!! Make sure you ask for it to be heated it is heavenly. We enjoyed sitting outside and watching them play in the pool, and also watching a movie outside. The view of mountains was a plus! Beds were comfortable and kitchen was easy to navigate, and cook in. Master bedroom was nicely located on opposite side of house from everyone else so very private. Would definitely rent again Loved our stay Thank you, Mary Ellen

I wish I could give 6 stars. We ended up getting this property because we had booked another but the pipes broke so we were in a major hurry to find somewhere to go in just a couple of hours. We found this beautiful property and lucked out on it being available. We got even luckier when we realized we had the most amazing hosts ever. Ive stayed in quite a few air bnbs and no hosts have compared to these guys and gals! They were compassionate, kind, helpful, extremely responsive, accommodating, and were able to get us checked in right away. The property was just as outstanding as the hosts. Squeaky clean from floor to ceiling, very comfortable beds, and the HEATED POOL stole the show for us. We didn’t know a pool could get so warm in the winter months and we enjoyed every second of it!! Breathtaking views from every window and the entire back patio/pool area. They even had an outdoor tv and gas fire pit. This will be our #1 choice for our next trip to AZ. THANK YOU! We will be back! :)

The house is not as described and could definitely use some cleaning. Dirty shower curtain.. dirty light switches… broken freezer handle.. and outside grill area has excessive black grease and stains. Definitely didn’t use that!!! A/C system stopped working. The only communication was through text because they would not answer the phone. They knew we had a 10 month old in the house and refused to get someone out their quickly to fix the issue. They were contacted at 8:47 am and the repairman showed up at 6:45 pm and he could not fix it! Three of us including the baby started feeling sick due to excessive heat. So for the well being of my family I told them we were leaving. We were told by the co host to go to another property they had 5 minutes away. We arrived and there were dirty beds that were not made up. Stack of dirty towels on the floor.. trash on the kitchen table and urine in toilet and on the seat. So we had to leave there as well. I had to get a hotel room for the night !

We enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend staying here, hopefully we will go again! Backyard pool & views very much appreciated all hours! Fitepit propane was great ambiance add and the waterfall effects on pool too! Morning sun beautiful, pool refreshing and very easy to make memories at. Host team were all super easy and highly responsive. The home layout was great, wifii no issues very spacious inside and fabulous outside in back. Garage large and all facilities were super!
