We had a lovely stay at Lookos' cabin. Beautiful surroundings, lovely owners, we felt at home immediately. Hope to return one day.

PROS: Great location, rustic but not too rustic, outdoor shower, helpful host. ONLY CON: Nearly constant barking dogs. From what I could tell, there were 3-5 dogs housed very near to my bedroom. They barked and howled A LOT. A good part of the day but mostly at night, until midnight and after. It was difficult to sleep. On my last night, 2 dogs howled and barked constantly from 9pm until I left at 5am. I slept 1 hour and had an 8 hour drive to Spain ahead of me. I wish another reviewer would have mentioned this. Without the barking this place is an easy 5 stars.

Looko’s place is a real gem hidden in a peaceful area close to Sagres. It is one of those accomodations that exceeds the pictures. We loved it all - from an outdoor shower surrounded by bamboo, the most comfortable hanging chair where we enjoyed our morning coffee and a glass of wine under the starry sky at night, very well equiped kitchen to a nicely furnitured bedroom. You can feel love in every single detail of the house and that made our stay very special. We welcomed the company of Coco (the most friendly dog), kitten and chickens. They are all were very well bahaved and showed up only when called :) Lookos and his wife are super nice hosts and very friendly. They recommended beautiful places in the area. The location is definetely a 5*, as you can reach absolutely fantastic natural parks, maaaany different beaches 🐚that fit the needs of even very picky ones, natural caves and even pottery shops. We left a piece of our hearts in this place and will definetely be back🤍
