Unfortunately we were disappointed in the accomodation as it was more run down than it appeared in the photos. However the bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable with nice clean linen. The hosts were extremely attentive and checked in that all was ok. Having a washing machine and dryer was great. As was the supply of tea/coffee and bottled water. However we had much better accommodation in a nicer part of London for not much more the week before, so we felt this was not good value for money.

We had an amazing experience staying at this BNB. The place was super clean, cozy, close to many shops and the hosts were very responsive when we had questions or ran into any issues. They definitely went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place you will not be disappointed!

Best stay ever! Lovely house with all the things you will need-clean, peaceful, comfortable,convenient!! Efficient communication with the host, they are so kind and friendly!

Very good! Host was very responsive and helpful. The flat is in a very quiet neighbourhood with access to the overground and buses to Leyton and Stratford on the central line. The area is full of shops, supermarkets and local restaurants just a few minutes away. We stayed for a week and the kitchen was fully equipped with pots plates etc and even an air Fryer. We had lunch in the garden on one of the days. Really good for a long term stay. Thank you Melissa!
