Beautiful surroundings, great host, really scrumptious breakfast, a bit noisy but was later in the day. Overall, I’d recommend it given how close it I’d to the trailheads as well!

This is a beautiful little gem of a place. We stayed in Herb's cabin, and it was very charming and comfortable. Loved the breakfast! We rented ebikes in North Bend and rode up the Snoqualmie Valley Trail to Rattlesnake Lake and beyond. If we had another day, we would have gone up Mt. Si as the trailhead is within walking distance of Roaring River.

Peggy and Hershel were so amazing and inviting. They worked with our group for an earlier check in time to accommodate our schedule for getting to a wedding. The breakfast basket (delivered by Hershel himself!) was SO good and definitely lived up to the hype we read about in the guestbook. Thank you so much to Peggy and Hershel for such an enjoyable stay. We all said it felt like we were at a relaxing, adult summer camp! We will for sure be staying again!

We loved our stay at Herb's Place. Breakfast was fabulous, the place was clean, our hosts were onsite and helpful, and the surroundings are gorgeous. A beautiful slice of the Pacific Northwest.
