We were warned about the elevator not working before the booking was confirmed which I approved of. The suite is on the 4th floor though, not the 3rd. Stair well is tiny with obstacles and somewhat difficult to carry luggage up. Beautiful view. Spacious. Comfortable couch and bed. I kept smelling something off putting towards the kitchen and figured it was the sink drain. Upon checking out, I tied up the trash bag to find a thick layer of mold in the can. This was the only thing not clean.

Jonathan’s place is a good value, the unit is clean and reasonably furnished and is in a good location. Parking situation is not ideal, street parking in Kansas City at the location is maybe not the most secure proposition for vehicles or anything inside them. Jonathan did communicate up front that the elevator does not work at all and that you have to climb 3 full flights of stairs to get up and down. That wasn’t an issue for me and I appreciated him letting me know before accepting the reservation request, but if this is a permanent feature of the unit it really should be included in the listing description.

Walking distance to many things like restaurants and entertainment. Older looking building but very modern condo.

Great location - very easy to get to, lots to do in the area. Jonathan was very upfront about the elevator issues in the building (not a problem for us), and gave clear info for check in. A nice quiet stay, and very convenient for our travel purposes!
