These Sonder apartments were great. They were super nice with plenty of space. The building itself had great amenities including conference rooms, gym, outdoor terrace with TVs and pool tables, other lounges and a pool. We stayed here for the Final Four and were right next to Hance Park which is where all the festivities were. It was less than 10 minutes and $10 to Uber downtown or an easy scooter ride to downtown. Would definitely stay at a Sonder apartment again.

The place was nice. Looked like the description, very modern and clean. The gym and lounge are nice too. The area is very quiet so it was cool. The only bad point was the check in… I booked through Airbnb but they got their own app to check in ect so if you don’t get their app (sonders) you won’t get in and it’s gonna be hard to communicate with them.. so just make sure you get their app and read everything.. But other than that the place was great for me. I recommend !

The AC was set at 76 at arrival never went down to 70 it was extremely hot. The cleaning could have been a lot better there was dust built up on the baseboards, the tubs were dirty, and the bedding was hard.

The place was pretty nice but there were stains on some of the walls and a few gnats flying around the place.

The apartment was nice and it was exactly like the picture. We really love the stay. Sadly the check in process was nightmare you have to download and app and follow all the institutions. It’s not like a regular apartment it’s managed by a third party company who’s check in process as I’ve mentioned before it’s through an app and long check in process. The building does not offer free parking it’s a $15 per day parking which doesn’t specify that until you book and later they send you a message that you have to pay for parking. I didn’t mind paying for the parking but would be nice to know ahead of time. Overall the place was beautiful and very nice and comfortable however I would preferred a very simple and easy check-in process. I would absolutely stay again and enjoy the place.
