This was one of our absolute favorite Airbnb stays ever. The space is beautiful, modern, and clean. The attention to architectural design details really shows and it makes you feel just great to be there. The house has a spacious, open kitchen, lots of common hangout areas, and very comfortable bedrooms. The finished basement is great too and made a wonderful preteen zone. The surroundings are gorgeous with tons of yard space, a nice deck, and a super fire pit. The house is a nice bike ride away from some beautiful beaches and farms. Josh and Amanda are dream hosts. Super responsive, helpful, and trustworthy. Thanks guys!!! We hope to return next year!

Josh and Amanda’s home in Little Compton was an amazing place to spend a week with family. The location is incredible and the photos and description provided were exactly what the house offered. We loved being so close to the park, beaches, and many other places worth visiting. It was great to spend the day exploring and then come back to the house to cook, relax and enjoy each other’s company. The kitchen made meals easy and the different rooms including a nice basement level gave everyone space to play, read, and relax.

Joshua and Amanda are fantastic. They read and responded to questions immediately. They were flexible with us on check out, and we were able to get out before the deadline. We would definitely rent from them again ( if they will have us. ) This property is amazing. And we loved the vinyl!!!

We all truly enjoyed our stay at this property and would wholeheartedly recommend it! It was super clean, spacious, artfully designed, and very comfortable. There is plenty of space to gather and to spread out, as desired. Joshua and Amanda responded quickly to any questions we had during our visit. If this home is available during your planned visit to Little Compton, don’t hesitate to book it!

Joshua and Amanda’s place is as beautiful as advertised. I especially loved the kitchen, dining room and sitting areas that allowed us ample space to be together as a family. They were also very responsive to our questions and were overall excellent hosts. I would highly recommend this spot!
