The place was nice and close to access Newport and had lots to offer! Fenced in backyard and fire pit were awesome to have! We really enjoyed our stay.

Really enjoyed our stay! The house is very roomy, comfortable and well stocked! Workout room and huge/fenced yard was wonderful! If it hadn’t rained we would have enjoyed the fire pit! Super quiet neighborhood and felt very safe! Tracey was very helpful/responsive! Thank you for a wonderful stay!! We highly recommend!

We loved staying at Tracey's home. Because of a bad experience in a different Air bnb home, Tracey opened her home to us with barely a couple hour's notice and answered all of our questions quickly. Six of us were in Rhode Island for a wedding on Labor Day weekend. She even went out of her way and bought an iron and delivered it to us. The house is close to Newport, but in a residential area and walking distance from several beautiful trails, the beach, and a National Refuge. It was well stocked with everything we needed. There are several areas in the house that guests can have privacy and not disturb others still resting, plenty of parking and two different dining areas to gather together for meals and games. We were very grateful for Tracey accommodating us so quickly and allowing us to book her home on such short notice. I would absolutely stay there again.

Stayed with a group of friends for a long weekend and loved it! The place was exactly as described in a nice neighborhood. Close to a winery and downtown Newport. Easily got around and very friendly neighbors
