My friends and I had the best time at Katy’s house! The ambiance is so wonderfully inviting, both inside and out. The house was perfect for our group of 6 to celebrate 2 friends 50th birthdays. Katy has thought of almost everything, even down to the tiniest details: lavender spray at the bedside, popcorn maker and candy, HOMEMADE COOKIES!!! Those cookies were absolute perfection! Katy is thoughtful, responsive, and so accommodating! We all had a blast and are already trying to plan a return visit. The only recommendation I could give, and this is really being picky, is 2-ply TP would be lovely. 😂 Thank you Katy, you were integral to the memories we made in Newport!

Katy’s place was beautiful and had everything we needed! The hot tub was a great activity for us to do since it was still cold out. The patio was very comfortable for a big group. It was also easy to get to downtown Newport with a short drive. Katy was very responsive and got back to me very quickly. The group also loved the cookies!
