Beautiful spacious house with plenty of games to play. Very nice location near the water and 15 minute drive to Newport. The sixth bedroom is more of a loft with lots of beds and no door. We had a wonderful stay.

Chris's was great and had lots of fun activities. There was plenty of seating areas that allow for a group to sit down together and watch tv or have conversations. There was plenty of beds for everyone to sleep in and all the sheets towels and pillow covers were conveniently on the beds ready and waiting. The pool table and sauna were great amenities and we really enjoyed them. I would come back and stay again in the future.

Great place for larger groups. Plenty of beds, spacious living room area, big dining table that can accommodate everyone at meal times, drive-way can accommodate up to 6 cars... The kitchen is very well equipped for folks who want to cook. Chris is a friendly and responsive host, would definitely stay here again!

Had a nice weekend at the property as a group of nine. Great shared space for socializing, with the pool table, shuffleboard table, bar, ample couch seating, and the long dining room table. Very close drive to Newport Polo and Greenvale Vineyards. A nice little walk from Pebble Beach, a 15 minute drive from Middletown restaurants, and a 25 minute drive from downtown Newport. It is a unique bedroom layout on the first floor, and the upstairs bedroom/loft, so you might want to correspond with the host about the makeup of your group if you are multiple couples/families — worked out just fine for us. Prompt communication from the host, and easy check-in and check-out.

This house is unlike anything else ive seen- esp in RI! It is huge with a big open kitchen and living room with pool table, very big comfy couches, tv, piano, billiard table, and several porches. It is great for a big group- I booked this for my wedding weekend and had my bridal party stay here and we all got ready the morning of as well and it easily accommodated our HMU stylists w/ 7 girls getting ready, photographers, etc. The only tricky thing was parking- the driveway can only fit 6 or so cars and you can not park on the street, however the host Chris is very helpful and was able to arrange additional space to park cars about a 5 min drive away needed. Pebble Beach is a small beach, walkable distance from the house (def would recommend water shoes and beach chairs as it is rocky) and is absolutely gorgeous and not crowded. The house is about a 10 min drive to Newport and easy to get to other restaurants in portsmouth/middletown area as well.
