We had a fabulous stay at Fanny's apartment - great location for exploring Nice, stylish decor, very spacious for 6 of us and all the amenities we could need. Fanny was very flexible and had great communication with us before and during our stay, and she recommended lots of great restaurants and bars for us. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again!

The apartment had great space The living room was huge and easy for all of us to sit around and talk 4 of us Kitchen was very well equipped even had a icemaker in the fridge Had plenty of supplies of everything you needed and plenty of towels We liked that both bathrooms were not attached to any room, so it was easier for the four of us to get ready Very close to the water Easy to walk to old town or anywhere else You can use Bolt in the area and it’s very cheap to get around if you don’t wanna walk everywhere There’s a bike rental store around the corner A bar and pizza on the corner There’s a parking garage across the street There’s paid for parking around the place But parking is free from 7 PM to 9 AM every day and free on holidays. Fanny is so easy to communicate with and she’s quick to respond. We absolutely loved this place There’s even a piano in one of the rooms and one night we had a concert We didn’t know one of our ladies could play Fun fun fun stay

We had an amazing time staying in Fanny’s apartment. From check-in to check-out she went above and beyond to communicate and make us feel right at home. The apartment was absolutely beautiful, in a great location, and with everything we could have needed. We really wish we could have stayed longer! Overall, highly recommend Fanny as host and her beautiful place.

The accommodations were outstanding. Very spacious, lots of room for six people to have communal time as well as private. Extremely quiet. Walkable to everything including train (about a 20 min walk), old town (5 mins), to the Oceanside (15 mins). The apt had everything you could possibly need to feel at home. We lacked for nothing. Fanny was very responsive to questions before the trip and nothing was needed when we arrived. Could not have asked for a lovelier home to return to at the end of a long day of touring. Thank you too Fanny for leaving us in the very capable hands of your neighbour Gigi - she was lovely.
