Mike was the best Airbnb Host I’ve ever encountered Hands Down!!!! He’s such a genuine and caring individual! He was extremely helpful from food recommendations to transportation assistance. Mike is lighthearted funny fun and every time we spoke he was in good spirits! This home has so much character and many things to do. There’s plenty of space for large groups we celebrated my Birthday with 14 people. It sit in front of Arrowhead Point trail on a Mountain such a beautiful place to hike. Communication was great and timely. We were allowed a late check out which was very helpful. Generally the floor plan and outdoor amenities are great, however there is a good bit of general wear and tear. We needed to clean outdoor games before use, outdoor cushions are mildewy and worn, the air hockey table has little to no air, and the house in general needs a good deep cleaning. There were only 7 total forks (we were a group of 7) and generally the kitchen is not too well supplied for cooking; plastic cutting boards need to be replaced. We cooked so that was a bit disappointing. The beds & living areas were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. It would be very helpful if there were cleaning supplies available to guests. I try hard to take care of a property the way I would my home, however, there was nothing to clean the counters, cooktop or dining table top. The only cleaning supplies were a partial bottle of Windex, dish and dishwasher soap, and laundry soap.

From check-in to check-out, our experience was amazing! Our flight was scheduled to land in the morning,so I reached out to the owner the day before to get information on early check-in. I was relieved when he let me know (shortly after I asked about it, might I add) that the house had just been cleaned, so we were able to check-in when ever we got there! Once we arrived at the house, the check-in instructions were super easy and had us inside in no time. The house has plenty of room for a big family (there were 13 of us) to fit comfortably, has everything you would need as far as bedding, towels, kitchen ware, even laundry detergent. The house is beautiful and well kept. The house has all the amenities listed, and my kids never complained about being bored. During our stay the he was quick to respond if I had a question. The owner is super sweet and amazing the entire time. The scenery getting to the house and around the house is beautiful! I highly recommend this house!

2nd time staying at this property. Perfect for a big group. Lots of space and plenty to entertain. Host is very responsive and easy to reach. Will probably stay here again next year.

Home was spacious, quiet, and had everything we needed. The pool was perfect and relaxing.
