This is a great place to stay for skiing at Winter Park! It is a short drive to great local breweries/restaurants in Fraser. The location is beautiful and the studio was modest (no kitchen, tv, table), but is a great value if you dont need the extras. The walls are a little thin and you can hear the host/pups, but honestly was fine and was not so much that it bothered us at all.

Kevin's apartment is clean and comfortable and is located minutes from Winter Park and Tabernash. It's in a quiet neighborhood which allows for a restful night's sleep after a long day.

Cute studio apartment was well-supplied and well-furnished! Great access to Devil’s Thumb Ranch for Nordic skiing. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The skylight provided great views of the star-filled sky at night. The bed was very cozy. The clawfoot tub was such a treat. Kevin was very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood and scenery were peaceful and beautiful. Great stay!
