Excellent service right from booking. Carol's got a lovely home that she shares so that others can enjoy. Thank you
location was great the apartment was spotless with a wonderful sea view. Good local walks and facilities. Carol was very helpful and supportive
Absolute Gem of a place , breathtaking views and lovely friendly locals , the cormorant suite is absolutely amazing , full service kitchen , nice comfy double bed and table and chairs and sofa in the living room with stunning views of the sea . I would rate this suite 5/5. Or 10/10 depending on the scale. You will not be disappointed ☺️☺️
What a fabulous place! Gorgeous sea views and perfect location for exploring the area. The flat is spotlessly clean and has everything you need fit a really comfortable stay…100% recommend!
Carol is a fantastic host. She was always quick to reply to messages and on our day of arrival we called at Portmeirion on the way to Criccieth. It was CHUCKING it down, so we were hanging around in the rain, waiting for the 3.00 p.m. check in. However, a quick email to Carol and she let us check in after 2.00; we were met at the door and given everything we needed. The place really does have a spectacular view from the bay window. We spent hours sitting there, having a tipple and watching and listening to the sea. Lovely little yomp up to the castle and walks along the seafront made our stay perfect. The queue at the Castle chippy was worth it, as was the ice cream at Cadwaladers. If you want somewhere clean, peaceful, with everything you need, then book the Cormorant Suite! Michelle and Gary
There are a great variety of restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops in the local area with some of the restaurants and cafes operating seasonally April to September. A bowling green, children’s play area, football pitch, mini-golf courses and tennis courts are also within walking distance of the property.
The area is popular for cycling, sailing, surfing, kayaking, bird watching, rock pooling, walking and horse riding. There are many excellent golf courses nearby such as Porthmadog, Pwllheli, Nefyn and Harlech(Royal St. David’s) and sea, lake and river fishing spots throughout the area. The train station is a 5 minute walk from the flats and local buses are great for visiting neighbouring towns/villages and exploring the many other beaches along the peninsula.
The museum, boyhood home and grave of former Prime Minister David Lloyd George, can be found in Llanystumdwy a 2 mile walk away.
The property is ideally located for touring the beautiful Lleyn peninsula, Snowdonia and visiting Criccieth, Harlech, Caernarfon and Conway castles.
The scenic railway to Ffestiniog (as seen on World’s Most Scenic Railway Journeys) is within 5 miles of the flats and the pretty, Italianate village of Portmeirion (set of ‘The Prisoner’) is only 8 miles away.
There are regular buses to the surrounding towns and villages. With a car you can day trip across the peninsula and into the Snowdonia range. The area is great for walking and has a spectacular coastal path.

自我介绍
Hi, I’m Carol and I feel fortunate to be living in this part of the country. I enjoy going for long walks on the many coastal paths and taking in the beautiful scenery Criccieth (and beyond!) has to offer. I love meeting people from all around the world and endeavour to make each and every stay a happy one. I am on hand 24 hours a day as I live on the ground floor of the property.
