Karen’s place was our perfect home base for Spooky Bear 2023. The beds were comfortable, the furnishings high quality, and the space neat and clean. We especially enjoyed the patio space. Karen was communicative and friendly, and helped us feel right at home.

The location was great, I had a bit of an issue with the boat hardwood floors when I came in, and the smell of musty all weekend where they’re clearly been some kind of a water situation. Also, not totally sure what I paid the cleaning fee for when I was asked to do the laundry before I left.

Karen and Kaylee have a beautiful place in a great location. The well furnished outdoor space was a nice oasis from the hustle and bustle of Provincetown, which of course we also loved. Well equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms and comfortable beds made for a home away from home. Karen and Kaylee were quick to respond to any questions and made us feel welcome and cared for.

Karen’s place is the perfect home base for a Provincetown vacation. Whether you’re there for an extended weekend or a theme week, you’re only 10-15 minutes walking from either end of town to include all the amazing dining, shopping, and nightlife options. Check in was simple and efficient with a door code, no need to keep up with keys. The (mostly) private outdoor space is a real winner. People in the other units of the building can see the lower patio though, so not completely private, but it is only for the use of the unit. The kitchen was fully stocked, even found the greatest little waffle makers and put them to use! Access to washer and dryer made life easy for laundry, smart tv kept us entertained on the one rainy day. The bedrooms are a little on the small side, as are the bathrooms, but the unit was very cozy and comfortable for two couples. Karen was amazingly responsive to any questions and super accommodating, would absolutely stay again!
