Loved the neighborhood! Very close to many restaurants and shopping! From here we were easily able to walk to many iconic Parisian sights or to catch the Metro. I felt like this was a great value for my family of four. Yann had many conveniences available for us that other Airbnbs have not always provided - washing machine detergent, paper products, coffee pods. This was very much appreciated! The only drawback to the apartment is that it is up 5 (American) flights of stairs. Fine for the athletic but this would not be a good place for someone with mobility issues. Loved it! Yann was a great host and we loved staying in this apartment. We were 3 adults and 2 kids and while it was a small space, it was perfect for us and made a great home base to explore Paris. We loved the location, the neighborhood was away from the touristy stuff and crowds so it was quiet, yet close to so many shops, bakeries and restaurants, as well as the metro to get to the stuff further away. Would absolutely stay here again.

Accommodation worked well for our family of 4, good for restaurants and everything was in walking distance. Good amount of room and was quiet at night, great location. Yann was very nice to deal with.

Yann is a super friendly and hospitable host who is very responsive and flexible. The location of the apartment is conveniently situated near various lines of public transport and close to a lively street filled with many different restaurants and shops, with two excellent bakeries nearby. The place itself is well equipped with all the amenities listed in the posting, and tastefully decorated. One thing to note is that the apartment is on the fourth floor and that there is no elevator. If walking up stairs is not an issue for you, I would highly recommend Yann's place!

Yann is very nice and responsive to help with checking in and out. The place is exactly like the picture and description. Didn't remember if the apartment is on the 4 th floor is mentioned in the description when I rented the place. if you don't mind about the 4th floor then this is a perfect apartment, located in central area close to everything.
