Amazing host and even better accommodation. It was the prefect set up for our family of 5 and the pool was the biggest hit. Kids (aged 13, 10 and 7) would return from beach each day and then swim till midnight.

Ill Start me review on the Tower villa by stating that this was not our first visit to the island of Crete but was definitely the most enjoyable we had by now. The booking process of the Villa was quick and efficient and took less then an hour, it followed by an email that had general information, driving instructions from Herkalion airport and alternative services and recommendation that can be supplied by the host. We arrived to Istron late at Sunday night, but Andonis was kind enough to wait for us and show us to the Villa from the Resort reception (I would understand if he just left out the key for us) The villa waited for our arrival very welcoming and clean, the pool lights were on and the air condition cooled the villa. Complimentary fruit and water were left in the refrigerator and the over all experience was very relaxing. Prior to our arrival we requested for a baby crib to be left in one of the rooms, but it turned to be forgotten by the host, I can say in his favor that despite of the late hour a crib was brought to us in no time. In the following day we woke up to a beautiful Crete morning and the view from the Villa to the sea got us to the holiday spirit. The kitchen was well equipped as listed by the host and served us right in many breakfasts that were dined in the villa balcony. The villa maintenance was superb and fresh towels were brought daily in addition to cleaning services. The pool, which hosted us for countless hours during the vacation, was cleaned once during our stay. I recommend visitors to arrange a rental car for the stay, the resort is located 500 meters from Istron and about 15 minutes drive from agues Nickolas and in my opinion a car is a must. There is a beach in a walking distance from the Villa but it is less recommended then the golden beach that located in Istron. Overall I can recommend tower villa without any exceptions and can wish you for a pleasant stay as I had.
