Though there're many roaches, host and his fiends were so kind, warm, friendly that we always could feel relieved and happy. He prepared new washing machine and dry clothes stand, and accepted our stay extension caused by typhoon happening. Thanks to their kind support, our first visit to Manila became so precious that we cannot forget. Please visit here and experience live Manila. It's fantastic!

All in all it was a very pleasant stay. The room is not very hot during the day and can be cooled down easily with the air con. The staff of the residence is nice and helpful. Internet connection is very good. I would book it again.

We felt very comfortable and safe. Good night view. Very accessible to public transportation and to malls. The host and his caretaker, Ms. Marlyn, is very responsive to my questions even late at night. Check-in was super easy.

Ark is very responsive and his place is very clean. You wont have any troubles going up and down to the condo as the elevators are extremely fast and not crowded. Area is also nice, very accessible to the malls and to the skyway extension. Clean and very spacious bathroom. Same thing with the kitchen. All utensils and kitchenware are available. Just one note to improved the unit better. 1. Upgrade the TV with Cable or Smart TV (so Netflix/Youtube/Etc can be available) as local channels are really not that good. 2. Increase the size of the aircon as the HP seems a bit lower comparing to the size of the unit. AC is fine though its good enough to cool the place, its just my personal preference to have a much colder AC. Definitely re-book in the future. Thanks Ark!
