House was clean spacious and open. Plenty of places to sit and eat. Love the deck. It was perfect for what we needed. Randy was responsive and helpful. I needed to change the check-in and check out dates, and he was very accommodating. Highly highly recommend staying here.

The home was beautiful and well taken care of. It was easy to find and was convenient to get to Farmville to go to Hampden-Sydney and Longwood. The neighbors have kennel and dogs that bark when you come to the house. We could hear them a little when we went to bed. If you are a light sleeper you may want to bring a fan or sound machine with you. Otherwise everything was great and we had a good time

My family and I stayed at Randy’s place Easter weekend for my dad’s memorial. I felt right at home the hose was so comfortable. Randy was great the house was exactly as pictured. Randy messaged to asked if we was able to get in ok and if I had any questions.I will definitely stay here again when I’m in the area.

Definitely recommend! We were in the area for a wedding and this was 10 min from the venue. Better deal and way more comfortable than the hotels in Farmville but only 15 minutes from Farmville so we could celebrate with everyone as needed. super clean, open, no clutter, everything you need is easy to find, owner ready to help!

This was a great find. The house is immaculate and free of any clutter (nice and open). Plenty of eating areas, tv’s in every room, very comfy! Randy was available right away, just like the reviews said (very friendly). I did hear the dogs that they spoke of, but it was not even loud enough to be a problem. Thx for everything Randy!!
