Beautiful setting with very convenient accommodation for my husband’s 80th birthday. Very well equipped kitchen. Watching the tide ebb and flow was very relaxing.

The Kye Bay Beach House is an easy choice for anyone looking for a waterfront property on the island. The beach and water that is accessed from the house is possibly unrivalled. EMR is a very trustworthy host. Perfect sunrises and sunsets were on display, and there is a sunny and shady spot on the property to sit outside at every moment of the day. The water is warm enough to swim in at sunset. When the tide is high, you are about waist deep in comfortable water on sand after a short trip over some rocks . You are sharing the bay with the seals and sea lions while herons hawks and eagles feed on the sandbars. When the tide is out, you can walk the beach for hours and find all sorts of amazing sea creatures. The house itself was great too! Very clean. Kitchen has everything you need to make great meals to eat in the sunroom. The separate cabin is ideal for a family travelling with another couple. Nice beds. Richard was a pleasant greeter and shared his knowledge of the area.

Perfect if you are looking for a quiet area right on the beach. When the tide goes out you can walk way down the beach right from the back yard.

This Airbnb is as advertised and more. beautiful location away from town and right on kye bay. During low tide it's a 15 minute walk out one of the most fruitful locations for shellfish. We caught crab, dug clams, and oysters. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook shellfish and lots of places to enjoy a meal together. We spend lots of time in the yard under the gazebo and playing on the grass. Highly recommend this stay for families.

Had a great time. The house was exactly as pictured with a great location right on the beach. Our host was friendly and check in went very smoothly.
