Location, location. location! One of the most amazing properties in the world! We were blessed to have the opportunity to stay here. On our last day of the visit we saw whales jump out of the water from the balcony. It was a special moment and we got lucky to be at the right place at the right time. Right outside the front yard there are several Laysian Albatross that are nesting and feeding their chicks. They are fun to watch (from a distance) while they do their mating rituals and have their own personalities. The house had enough room for our family of four to enjoy our own space. If i had to nitpick, the bathrooms are smaller than expected. But how much time are you really going to spend in the bathroom while in paradise. The beach is a short hike down the hill but the ocean is not very swimmer friendly due to the rocks. House had plenty of coffee, dishes, spices, and cookware that made life easier. Would definitely recommend to others and hope to return to paradise soon!

This home was amazing! From the moment you walk through the front door you feel at home. The view of the ocean is amazing, watched whales from the Lani. Enjoyed the beautiful sunrise every morning. The home was well appointed and had many extras you normal don't find in an Airbnb! Would definitely return to this location in the future!

The place is overpriced, all the appliances are from 1950 I guess, faucet and sink broke, damage wood in bathroom, no storage space in the kitchen , the bathrooms are very small and uncomfortable, no blind in the room, switch for the lights are no easy to used, the parking is really tight and uncomfortable, the hot tub is not hot all the time, the beds in the down floor are extremely smalls, the stairs are very steep no good for kids, the place have a great view of the ocean but the windows are dirty, no sunset and no sunrise, lots of pedestrian cross by the property because is a public access to a trail and a small beach. this place cost 5 times what the rest of the properties around cost so I think they need to invest a good amount of money and renovate the place because could be amazing is just too too too old.

Beautiful location! Great lay out of the house. It was nice having beach gear. The house needs a deep clean and the bathrooms are strange and need updating of sinks and faucets they are cracked and chipped. The washer has mold in it. The management company quickly responded to any needs. I would stay here again.

So the place was at the top of my price threshold but there were 6 of us and the location at the cliff edge overlooking the bay was truly magnificent. Must have one of the best views in Princeville and very private and very green and lush with an albatross pair nesting happily by the road. It rained hard some days so we were inside but the place sprawls across the hill on multi levels with lots of nice spaces. We used the hot tub a lot which is beautiful stone creation on the stone patio with great views. Clearly an architect designed this some years ago before the price of land got so high. You can open the place up and let the outdoors in, all of the bedrooms were nice with views. Kitchen was smallish but well equipped. In general I highly recommend the place, it’s Princeville without the “golf condo” vibe.
