Three bedrooms and a loft provided the exact accommodations we needed for 9 people. Two older teens in the loft handled that well. Beautifully furnished in all the rooms. Sufficient sofa seating and large dining table served us well. Everyone was comfortable in their spaces and in the common area. The arrangement could not have been better. Awesome view which we enjoyed every morning and evening, although sunsets were lacking due to the clouds on the mountains across the bay. Landscaping is as good as the photos. Especially loved all the birds. Kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. Did not lack for anything. Very helpful to have washer/dryer in the main kitchen.

1-lovely location for our group of 9 (2 families; 2 children & 2 teens; 1 added adult) 2-loft definitely for teens (gets warm up there even with ceiling fan on all night) & steep, narrow stairs 3-set up worked well for adults splitting 3 master suites & sharing central living and kitchen 4-although I reported issues which need to be addressed more thoroughly, only the dryer was deemed non-working. I highly recommend checking: a-leaking air conditioner in main master suite off the kitchen b-leaking water under kitchen sink c-trap door to dishwasher soap dispenser gets stuck so wash cycle isn't completed. 5-owner needs to consider a larger and/or more efficient water heater for an active group our size 6-did not anticipate $200 to have bath linens washed; we ended up washing them and dryer not working 7-Separation of sleeping quarters works quite well (sense of privacy can be attained) & resort staff extremely friendly; restaurant food & bar on premises was great option

Too many extra fees, very expensive. Advertised as a FOUR bedroom and it was only a THREE bedroom and loft. No privacy in the loft, extremely narrow stairs to the loft and dangerously small steps to the loft. There is no way this passed any building or fire inspection. Front desk: each time I called about something I was told it not their deal to handle, it’s privately owned them they charged us $22/day for a resort fee plus parking. Beautiful grounds but too far from Lihue.

Beautiful and spacious. More than enough room for the 10 of us. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo, resort and location way exceeded my expectations. Absolutely beautiful!
