This is real gem. We have come to Kauai almost every year for 20 years, and love Princeville and the north shore for its beauty, mild weather, and kind people. Pauls place is beautiful, super clean and looks and feels like a home for someone who loves it. We felt at home right away, and not like staying in a resort. Beautiful pieces of art, furniture and a well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds, bathrooms and the views are breathtaking. We will be back, hopefully for more than 5 nights next time.

Our stay at this beautiful place was amazing! The directions to the location were clear and the house is easy to access from the parking lot. A fully stocked kitchen was a lifesaver on our trip and beach supplies out back were crucial to our long days at the beach. Was very clean and spacious, the place was exactly how it looked in the pictures. This place was a key factor in our vacation and would rent it many times in the future!

So glad I picked Paul’s place out of all the options we had. It was overwhelming so many choices. His place had such a great relaxing vibe. We just enjoyed hanging out in the condo. After a not so great choice in Poipu we were so glad to be comfortable. Beautifully decorated w custom art. Lots of things just to make our life easier like labeled light switches, spray n wash for those red dirt stains, comfy recliners, plenty of towels etc. there was nothing we wanted for. Would definitely stay here again and we hope we will be able to! Loved the area too- such a great area - Princeville & Hanalei were just great areas to be in and explore.
