Incredibly beautiful location. A lovely house with lots of amenities. Hosts were very easy to communicate with. They left us lovely chocolates and goodies. It’s a drive into town for great restaurants, but it’s a short walk to the beach.

loved our stay at Greg's Bamboo house. such a beautiful home in a beautiful location. the house has everything you need for a wonderful stay. check-in/check-out was so easy and seamless. I had a few questions during my stay and would get a response very quick. the home was clean!!! and well care for. I would stay with Greg again if I could make it back. So happy we choose to stay here on our trip.

Peaceful, great location. Walk to coffee shop, restaurant and beach. Clean and enough room for 5 people.

This house is beautiful with unique architecture and lovely details throughout. The wrap around porch with comfortable daybeds was our favorite feature. We appreciated adjustable mattresses and remote-controlled blinds. Though surrounded by other houses, the place feels private because of the lush vegetation surrounding it. You will likely have the beach across the street to yourselves. This beach was great for relaxing and sunbathing but was not great for swimming. A larger Tunnels beach is only 3-minute drive. There are several things to know. Hā’ena state park requires advanced reservations to get in, regardless of whether you drive there or take a shuttle. The house is well stocked in terms of toiletries, however if you plan on cooking, bring all the essentials like oil, vinegar, mustard, etc with you. Make sure you ask about cleaning fee and service fee prior to making reservation. We found the cleaning fee to be significantly higher than in any of the other places we stayed in.
