The house is beautiful, comfortable and clean. It is very relaxing to sit and listen to the sounds of the river. A short drive to beaches and hiking. A few minor things - the driveway is a bit tricky to get in and out of and the road to the house is a little unwelcoming (lots of No Trespassing signs). But overall a great experience.

My family had an absolutely beautiful stay at this special home. The sound of the river lulled us to sleep each night. We saw countless rainbows from the deck each morning. The breeze kept us cool in the evenings. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the location was fantastic for enjoying our favorite part of the island (Haena State Park, tunnels and lumahai beach). We walked to Wainiha Country Store and the new coffee shop next door each morning for a baked good and delicious coffee. We would love to return to this very magical home away from home.

Better than the pictures. This is a unique property – its location, the quality of the home, the amenities. This home is in the best part of Kaua'i – remote, yet a short drive to amazing beaches, hiking trails along the Napoli Coast, restaurants and shops in Hanalei and Princeville. The stream just outside of the home and the breezes provide an ambiance that is calming. The host was always responsive within minutes. It was an unforgettable week for me and my family!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Lisa's home. Beautiful, private home on a serene river. Stunning views and extremely peaceful and relaxing. The house is beautiful and well stocked and in a great location close to beaches and restaurants. We loved everything about our stay. Would love to return!!
