The room was basic but bedding was clean and bed reasonably comfortable. There were tea and coffee making facilities. Bathroom was clean enough but generally tired; there was a lot of mildew in the shower but it was a good shower! The areas on the way to the room were extremely tired looking and obviously very heavily used which didn’t make a great first impression but the room met my needs of somewhere to sleep and shower, and that’s literally all I was there for so was absolutely fine. I had anticipated there might be noise from the pub but I didn’t hear a peep, it was very quiet despite being on a main road. Well placed for events at Onley Grounds Equestrian complex and a large car park.

The Greenman is a very friendly but basic pub to stay in. It's a very good example of the saying 'you get what you pay for' . The carpet on the stairs and landing needs to be replaced / cleaned but the room itself was satisfactory - clean, didn't smell, the shower was strong with plenty of hot water and the loo flushed well. The beds were comfortable enough. There wasn't anywhere to hang clothes. Parking is excellent.

As Stephen's place is very close to the Draycote Water Sailing Club, it is very convenient to stay there if you are in Rugby for sailing activities. The Greeman Pub has very simple and modest rooms. They serve fullfilled dishes in the dinner and the breakfast.
